Because Horizon is committed to your privacy, registration does not require an email address. If you did not supply an email address during registration, unfortunately, your password cannot be reset.

If you did supply an email address and verified it, you can reset your password by entering it into the request reset page.

You can only request once per time interval. Subsequent requests will silently fail.
