Yes! Horizon has native support for videos and streaming of MP4 files, including seeking.

Other video formats, such as matroska, are not natively supported in the browser, and thus, cannot be streamed. However, using a dedicated video app, like VLC, to stream non-browser supported videos from the Horizon content-delivery network will work.
